This was really good, but I liked her IP Cheater Lasagna better. I added fresh minced garlic on top of the garlic powder, and I also added dried basil. It also needed additional salt. It wasn’t as tomatoey as I would prefer- maybe it needs an extra can of diced tomatoes or some tomato paste? (I looked at my notes for cheater lasagna, and I used a jar of pasta sauce, a 15 oz. can of tomato sauce, and a 15 oz. can of diced tomatoes for a pound of pasta). Don’t get me wrong, it was still yummy, and I will still enjoy the leftovers. Will try again with my changes. 2nd time: I used about 24 oz. of my homemade marinara and a 15 oz. can of diced tomatoes. Also added some extra garlic and basil. I liked it that way and it was creamy and tomatoey also!
