- 1 lobster (Boullion - optional)

- 1/2 tsp. smoked paprika (or cayenne pepper - optional)
- 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 medium tomato (thinly chopped)

- 1/2 tsp. thyme (dry)
- 1/2 tsp. chili flakes
