It was delish and I’m here trying to print the recipe so I can make it again. I bought more ribs this time too! I loved how it turned out but wanted more!

I had 3.5 lbs of meat and I looked at a few of the reviews and pulled it out at 30 minutes instead of 45. Covered in BBQ sauce and put in oven at 375 for 10 minutes.... Perfect!! Will do again. Super easy and delicious!!

Came out very tender. i cooked them for 10 minutes less in the instant pot and put them in the oven for the last 10 minutes with the bbq sauce. they were perfect!

Made it spicy with Trader Joe’s Ghost Pepper BBQ sauce. The black pepper seemed to take over, so will use to taste next time instead of a full teaspoon. Remove the pork at the end and set the pot to sauté to let the liquid reduce down a bit.

Turned out great! I did use more dry rub than the recipe calls for (doubled the recipe) for 3lbs of meat. I also added an extra 1/2 cup of broth. Instead of cooking for 45min on high pressure I did 30min on high pressure, took them out and covered them in bbq sauce and broiled them on both sides for about 5min each side. Came out amazinnngg.

Good flavor, but I used 3.5 lbs of ribs and followed the timing in the recipe and they were overcooked, dry & chewy, Next time I’ll reduce the cook time to 30 minutes and check them. If they need additional time I’ll stick them under the broiler like others have said. I even doubled the broth since the Instant Pot instructions say not to use pressure cook with less than 2c liquid, not including any sauce. Disappointing, should’ve read the reviews first and followed others’ directions.

It was great... just too much liquid. Cooked 6.5# ribs with 1/2 cup broth in my 8 qt IP. Slightly frozen. 45 min: 10 min on broil

Very good! Thanks! I basted bbq sauce at the end and set it under the broiler for just a bit. Will make again!
