Very delicious. I used your spice mix recipe, too. The corned beef was fall-apart tender. Will make again. Thank you!

It turned out so well, my husband couldn't wait for me to take a picture. Quick and easy. A perfect meal for the Instant Pot. I will make Minestrone Soup, with my leftovers.

The corned beef came out fantastic. I set it 10 min longer that the recipe. It came out perfect.

I made this recipe, but for the liquids, I used half of the amount of water in the recipe and substituted the rest with Guinness Stout Beer (for St. Patrick's Day). Was a HIT! Everyone complimented the flavor, repeatedly. Pairs very well with a nice Mustard Sauce recipe.

Super easy, delicious, and juicy, I only used 1 cup of water and then added a 1/2 cup when I put the veggies in because they hold a lot of juice and I dumped all the juice from brisket pouch in with it another win for the electric pressure cooker took an hour and a half to complete

The corned beef turned out great. Cooking vegetables and potatoes for 5 minutes is WAY too much time unless you like them practically mush. I like my cabbage and carrots with some texture so I am going to try 3 minutes next time.

Turned out well. May have been too much time for the veggies to pressurize with the meat cooling down.
