Rave reviews by the entire family (Hubby, Keith, said it was the best soup I'd ever made.) Caveat - we added some flour mixed with heavy cream to thicken this up, as it was thin made according to the directions. Also added some dried onion and dried garlic seasoning. Sprinkled the green onion and shredded cheddar atop.
2nd review: used stock I'd made with Peruvian chicken, subbed Mexican sour cream for the milk, added celery salt, onion powder, and garlic salt to finish it off. Topped with all the recommended toppings.
