    It turned out very well. I used my leftover chicken vegetable stew as the base.

    Done it with beef bones (+ marrow, we're in France), boneless chicken breasts and normal mushrooms - still deeelicious.

    Being vegetarian i left out the chicken and added konbudashi stock for extra flavor and left out the salt and thought it turned out perfect.
