This turned out very good! I used smoked turkey in place of ham hocks, but everything else as recommended. I’ll definitely make my greens using this recipe in the instant pot again!

This recipe blows my mind! This was my first time making collard greens, which we started growing in our garden this winter, it was phenomenal. The next time I make this I will add maybe a tsp of red pepper flakes. We like spicy in our home. Thank you so much for this recipe.
