Next time use chicken thighs. Used bottle of passata instead of all the tomato sauses variations. And 1 pack of creamed coconut - was very good

This just what I was looking for - quick, easy, and tasty. I substituted tomato paste for the tomato sauce and it was a bit runny at the end so I added a tablespoon of coconut flour to thicken it up just before I poured in the can of coconut milk.
