- 1 Tbsp. dark soy sauce (for color)
- 1 Tbsp. Shaoxing wine
- 2 tsp. oyster sauce

- 2 tsp. rock sugar (or white sugar)
- 2 grams chenpi (dried mandarin peel or Chinese: 陳皮, rehydrate for 15 minutes)
