- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp. cilantro (dried)
- 1 Tbsp. cumin
- 1/2 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1/4 cup taco sauce
- 15.5 oz. red kidney beans (can of, drained & rinsed)
- 1/2 cup masa harina (which is just a finer ground yellow corn meal. If you can’t find the masa harina, you can buy it at the link provided or use regular corn meal instead)
- 1 cup hot water
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1 tsp. celery salt
- 1 bag fritos (bags reserved to serve as bowls)
- cheese (Shredded Mexican/taco, for topping, optional)
