- 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (can add more, but I would add more broth and milk to have more liquid at the end)
- 3 carrots (sliced)
- 2 celery stalks (sliced)
- 1/2 onion (diced)
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup milk (whole is best, can use half and half if you want it thicker)
- 3 refrigerated biscuits (Grands, cut into spoon size pieces)
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. thyme
- 1 tsp. pepper

Full of wonderful flavor, and in the Instant Pot it was quick even though I used frozen chicken breasts! Best chicken and dumplings ever. I added a touch of tarragon, white pepper, and garlic powder and used the immersion blender on the sauce after adding the milk. This is a new favorite in our house!
