- 1 can rotel tomatoes (Fire-roasted, or regular Rotel Tomatoes *See note)
- 10.75 oz. beef broth
- 10.75 oz. chicken broth
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 1/2 cups tomato juice
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/2 lime (Juice from)
- 2 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. steak sauce (bottled, we used A1 but whatever steak sauce you love best is great!)
- 1 can black beans (drained and rinsed)
- 1 can corn
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- fresh lime juice (Squeeze of)
- tortilla chips (or strips)
- fresh cilantro (chopped)
- avocado slices
- sour cream
- cheese (Cojita, crumbled)
- cheddar cheese (or Shredded Mexican)
