    I made this today and had read that it was bland, so I added Worcestershire sauce before putting on the top. Ended up adding cornstarch at the very end to give it some consistency. All in all it was still very bland. Don't know what I'll add next time to give it flavor. Maybe mushrooms would help.

    Seasoning did not take to the chicken well making it very bland.

    I also added Memphis Pit BBQ Rub, one can of cola cola, instead of water, and light brown sugar to the recipe. It was absolutely AMAZING!
