I was suprised how delicious and easy to cook this was. Will cook again in the future.

This turned out absolutely delicious! I halved my 2 chicken breasts, so they were thin and cooked them for 5 minutes, and the chicken and rice cooked beautifully in my Instant Pot! I also added a pound of shrimp (which I cooked separately in garlic, salt, and pepper) and pineapple, and I used 2 heads of broccoli instead of 1 and there was enough to feed my family of 5 (3 kiddos under 8) and we had enough for leftovers for my lunch:) I used 1/1/4 cups of teriyaki sauce in total- 1/2 in the instant pot and 3/4 in the veggie and meat mix- and there was plenty of flavor in everything so no additional sauce was needed!

It was okay, but tripling the recipe in the IP did NOT work out for us lol... Also, my IP directions say cook chicken 6-8 for every pound, so I didn't want to undershoot that per the recipe instructions. I got a burn alert several times before I gave up and split it in half to try cooking it that way. Put half in an unused pot, well oiled etc. with a bit more liquid, didn't get a burn notice, but the rice was super mushy. The other half, despite adding some liquid, never finished due to the burn alerts even after putting in the same cleaner, oiled inner. Needless to say, it was not a good experience. Mostly my bad. The taste was a little bland in the food that did finish cooking. I'll probably try it out again sometime without multiplying it and see how that goes.

Outstanding! Would definitely make again. I made exactly as instructions stated. You could easily change up the veggies.

Great recipe! I used a 1.5 lb piece of beef and cooked for 10 minutes under pressure. I added onions, green beans and frozen corn to the veggie mix. Cooking the veggies separately is the way to go.

Turned out great! Needed alittle more chicken and vegatables, but otherwise great!!
