i made this in my ninja foodie pressure cooked on high for 5 minutes and it turned out perfect. i very loosely followed this recipe as i left the breasts whole and used mined onion and peppers as well as sliced peppers. i also used a wet marinade in addition tonanlittle extra water than suggested.

It was good. Came out flavorful. Next time I will use fajita seasoning. Instead of the seasonings suggested. Also watch the amount of water added. Very flavorful but a little too smoky for me. Hence the Paprika maybe. All in all it was successful. I have learned some things I’ll switch up next time.
