we loved it! i sauteed it first with tomato sauce, oil and black beans with sofrito and the seasonings like adobo and garlic herb. added tabasco sauce and some red chilli flakes. cooked for 20 mins with some cut up chicken and then added shredded cheese, sour cream and mini Tostitos on top! delish!
