Absolutely delicious!!! Great recipe for when your short on time but still want something healthier and flavourful.

I’ve made this a couple times and the chicken was so tender and juicy and the rice was cooked perfectly. The flavors were great. It’s an easy and super quick recipe. I did use a bit more garlic and a few drops of hot sauce for a tiny bit of heat.
