I used too much liquid. I have an 8 qt instant pot and filled the liquid to the max fill line. I had also added browned pork to make it more of an entree, a red tobasco pepper, two Cajun belle peppers, a Sazon packet and garlic. I ladled off the majority of the broth and added a can of refried beans to help thicken it. I’ll definitely try it again, but using more beans,spices, peppers,onion,etc.

I didn't have cilantro, but the beans still had great flavor. I would definitely make them again!
