Really easy, love the riced cauliflower (used the food processor as shredding makes a huge mess). Added lots more pepper and a little more salt at the end. Sprinkled bacon crumbs and red pepper flakes on top when serving. May try adding frozen peas or diced tomatoes at the end next time for a little color.
