    Pretty good, but the chicken releases enough water when cooked that you don’t really need chicken broth. Also I preferred it with coconut milk instead of cream.

    I needed to amp up some of the spices, added cardamom and sugar. Note cut chicken in larger pieces 1” is too small using the pressure pot the chicken was quite small when finished cooking. Also would use 3lbs of chicken would make sense with all the sauce.

    Excellent flavour! I was really impressed by how easy and delicious it turns out, only that the cooking time is a lot more because of all of the mincing and chopping, taking out the chicken, then blending. It's totally worth it, don't get me wrong! The only thing I'm regretting here is not having made time for making some pita bread.
