- 1 tsp. fresh ground black pepper
- gremolata (for garnish, or substitute minced parsley, optional)
- 1/4 cup parsley leaves (minced)
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp. lemon zest (Zest from about ½ of a lemon)
