Took the suggestions of other reviewers, and it was good advice! Turned out good! Hubby liked it, but I was not impressed. Although, the gravy was amazing. Would try it again.

This was great! I cooked my chops the way i like ,then made sauce. I also used broth in place of water. Sauce was great over the broccoli i fixed.

I don’t know who in their right mind would cook pork in an Instant Pot for 30 minutes. That being said, I had thick chops, probably just over one inch thick. I cooked for 15 minutes with a natural release which lasted about 15 minutes. The results? Dry as a summer night in Vegas. Luckily, the wonderful gravy made it palatable. Next time, I will cook for 10 minutes and do a quick release. Great recipe, just need to modify cook times unless you like your pork as dry as grandma used to cook it

This was really tasty! The only thing I did differently was cook the chops for only 10 minutes pressurized. 30 mins seems like a long time. This was my first instant pot recipe. Definitely be making this again!

Delicious! Only thing I changed was chicken stock instead of water and added a teaspoon of minced garlic.

Very good. Used chicken broth instead of beef because I was out of beef broth. Was good.

Perfect just needed a little more salt and I don’t usually add any salt. And maybe a tad more Dijon.

I’m no cook by any means. I can make a great meal the first time and not even be able to recognize it the second time. So consider the source!
Easy to follow directions and simple ingredients. Came out kinda dry and lacking flavor. My picky 15 yr old ate all hers! Go figure
