Exceptionally simple, yet tasty recipe! I made some crunchy tortilla strips that I simply cut from a soft tortilla shell which I fried in sesame oil. Topped with a bit of sour cream...

Great soup, easy to make. I’d substitute veggie broth with beef broth next time I make it. Went great topped with fresh cut onion and corn
