- 1 Tbsp. italian seasoning (we used a blend of basil, marjoram, oregano and thyme or your own seasoning)

I doubled the meat and used half beef and bison, and halved the cheese, used no sodium spice mix for seasoning along with the paprika and a pinch of salt. I used my own bone broth (from beef neck) that I made in my instant pot instead of chicken broth....yum yum yum!

I made this in the crock pot express pressure cooker and it didn’t turn out the way I hoped it would. The crock pot express manual states that it must have 8 oz of liquid to use the pressure cooker settings and this recipe only called for 6 oz, so the crock pot express shut off before it finished cooking and when I added extra liquid, it changed the texture of the dish, making it more soupy. The flavor was good. I just wish I could figure out how to adapt the recipe to the crock pot pressure cooker
