Good! Had made it once before it’s easy and makes a LOT. Didn’t have any Greek yogurt that wasn’t non fat so subbed light sour cream

Absolutely, hands-down, our most favorite Instant Pot recipe. Easy to make, very full, rich, flavors.

My husband and I really enjoyed this recipe. I made a few substitutions. I used sour cream , stewing meat and dried thyme. In addition, I cooked the meat for five minutes more to ensure it was tender. I will make it again but I will decrease the amount of time when it cooks with the pasta so it is more al dente. Delicious.
