Not enough info in directions. I have the smaller instapot and this was way too much. Had to scoop stuff out to try and get the volume down. Overall it was still good but will have to pair down to half the ingredients next time maybe I missed it in the directions and it’s my fault… /shrug

Very good! Tweaked it by adding mushrooms, more garlic powder, some cayenne and paprika. Topped it with Yellowbird habanero sauce...delish! Will make it again!

I love this recipe! I used dried herbs and it is just as good. For an extra beefy flavour, toss in a boullion cube and enjoy

Delicious. Meat was so soft I barely had to chew and the sauce was very flavourful. Omitted the potatoes and made mash on the side. We had it with puff pastry which I cooked separately which made it almost like a steak pie.

Family liked it, easy to make. Substituted arrow root powder for corn starch. All good.

I’ve made it twice; I ate all the leftovers myself pretty quickly. 😂

Great I added some garlic, why wouldn’t you? And cooked for 35 minutes, which was a bit too long for the veggies. But wonderful taste and meat was almost fork cutable Didn’t use the red wine but will next time. Added a store bought Beef Stew Mix to 3 cups of water as I boiled it. Didn’t add all the fancy ingredients either. Was actually just looking for the basics of time and ingredients for an Insta Pot beef stew mix. Thanks for the recipe though

Note: watch the video before starting!!!! It contradicts what the recipe says a little bit. It made more sense. I actually loved this. I modified based on review suggestions. Mainly switching out the water in the slurry with Worschester sauce. My husband said it needed pepper and salt besides what gets added to the meat. I will be making this again!

It was easy to make and really delicious! I didn’t add the peas simply b/c I’m not a fan of peas and I seasoned the meat before I started browning it, it came out really good.

Great! Easy and just like the recipe calls for. Needs a little more seasoning or more of what they call for. Husband loved it really yummy

Very good, we traded red wine for half cup red wine vinegar and half cup broth.

Overall, it turned out great! we didnt have red wine so just used more beef broth. I think it would have had more flavour if we had used the red wine. We added salt, pepper, and a dash of Worcestershire sauce to give it more flavour.
yum! added mushroom. red wine was a must.

Really good. Everyone loved it. Will make this again. Will try it again w/o potatoes and fewer carrots for a low carb version for me, but the recipe as is was just wonderful.
