If you’re looking for a beef soup then this is a pretty tasty option however it didn’t turn out anything like what it looks like and definitely not a Ragu. I would suggest to anybody else trying to make this recipe that they only use maybe half a cup of liquid total on top of the liquid from the canned tomatoes. I think that having one cup of wine plus half a cup of milk on top of the liquid with the tomatoes was just way too much and now I’m currently reducing it on the stove for probably another hour.
