GREAT RECIPE! The only change we made was we used garlic salt in place of salt. The steak was so tender we could cut it with a fork. We served this over mashed potatoes, used the sauce from Swiss BBQ steak as a gravy & had a cucumber salad. This was so easy to make plus the whole family loved it! Will certainly make this a menu regular.
