Turned out great! Arties cooked perfectly and we made a mayo/garlic/mustard dipping sauce which set them off perfectly,

Perfectly cooked at 20 minutes - I had 4 large artichokes. I added a couple of bay leaves to the water, extra lime juice and extra lime waters, extra garlic, as always. And, one huge sprig of rosemary out of my mom's garden.

Tender as could be with minimal effort! Did not add the rosemary but served with mayonnaise. Will make again!
