So so so good ! I love it! I added habanero peppers to mine just because I had some. One did the trick and was not over poweringly spicy it was just delicious. (:

Super, fabulous flavors, served with yellow rice and grilled baby bok choy. Sautéed chopped onion in small amount of olive oil in instant pot first. Then continued on with the recipe. Many yums were heard during dinner. I did use 3 teaspoons of corn starch mixed in some cold water to thicken up the gravy. Timing was perfect for the chicken.

Excellent flavor. I can’t believe there’s no fish sauce in this! This is just right. It works perfectly and is so easy. Everyone LOVED this and thought it was impressive.

Thus was wonderful. The whole family enjoyed the flavor of this dish. I made it exactly as directed by the recipe.

I’m adding this to my Tested Faves category! It was seriously delicious and surprisingly easy. Chicken was very tender! If you don’t love spicy food like I do, you can easily control the spice by just adding less chili flakes.

Tasted great! I added some chipotle chilis just while cooking. Next time I’ll double the recipe for leftovers!

Came out amazing! I added about 3 tsp of corn starch roux to thicken it up a bit. That was more for personal preference though.

Excellent recipe, used 4 breasts, sautéed balance after chicken was cooked on stove.

A nice quick meal and super easy to prepare. I tried mine with some thing chinese egg noodles for carbs. I took off one star because it's maybe a little too one dinensional. Next time I may add some chipotles and corn to ads some more texture.

I’m really bad at following recipes, but I do like having a guide for ingredients and ratios. I made way more chicken, so I increased my quantities of liquids and added a packet of Filipino adobo seasoning along with the spices in the recipe It was delicious

This is delicious! Probably my favorite Instant Pot recipe yet. So easy and flavorful. I'll probably use a little potato flour to thicken the sauce a little.

Too salty, sauce didnt reduce at all, and the amount of chicken needs to be tripled for it to serve more than one person.

good amount of spicy, juicy tender chicken, goes great over rice. recipe will feed only 1 hungry man though.
double the ingredients and you can drop 8 to 10 thighs and cook for same amount of time in the pressure cooker. that will feed the family

I like simple and good... this recipe hits both marks! I didn't wander from the recipe except that I used red pepper flakes instead of red chili. I love the ease of cooking from frozen but I had to cook an additional 5 min. to get past 165*F, but they were fork tender! I Yum'd this recipe to my favorite list. My rice was very impatient so I added some cornstarch slurry to get my gravy on! ;)

This dish turned out very flavorful and easy to make! I did make a few changes as I marinated the chicken for a few hours, and I used bone-in chicken thigh and I think it brings out more flavor. Lastly, I cooked it for 15 mins instead of 11 mins because bone-in takes longer

Was delicious! Reduced the sauce and thought it would be darker like in picture but still was falvourful! Served over jasmine rice. Will be making again!
