- 1 container vanilla yogurt (choice, I use Silk vanilla almondmilk yogurt from my Harris Teeter)
- 1/2 cup granola
- hemp seed
- flaxseed
- 2 Tbsp. almond butter (or any nut or seed butter)
- 2 tsp. maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- hemp seeds (Sprinkle of, or chia seeds)
