- 2 cups rice flour (or Arisi Maavu)

- 1 Tbsp. sesame oil (for tempering + extra as required to cook dosa)
- 2 tsp. jeera (or Cumin seeds)
- coriander leaves (Finely chopped, as required)
- green chillies (3-4 nos., finely chopped)
