Really wasn't sure what I would think but this was lightly sweet (used granulated sugar instead of Stevia which I didn't have) with a great smoothness. Not a heavy coconut flavor. Just enough. Served with pomegranate and fresh mango, toasted sesame seeds and chewy yet crisp lemon cookies. All items paired very well and helped with additional texture and bites of acidity. It saved well for the next day, surface only browning slightly. If holding overnight make sure to press plastic wrap onto the surface to help avoid air contact and browning.
