I tasted it as i was cooking, so bland. I added garlic powder, onion powder, Lawry's seasoning salt, Italian seasoning,rotel tomaties and green chilies. i know this all changed the calories by a tiny bit. To me something edible is worth a couple calories. My husband enjoyed it.

i added carrots, mushrooms and garlic to this recipe. it was great. without those additions, it would have been very blah.

Very bland in my opinion or more so heavy on the tomato flavor if you follow the recipe word for word which I mostly did. After I made this recipe the second time I remembered that I thought it was ok the first time. The second time I didn’t have any onions so made it even more bland. If I did it again I would make with tomato sauce or add additional seasoning the tomatoes and just straight beef was not a great flavor to me. Now that I have made it again I remembered to review so I would remember what changes to make the second time.

All I had was noodles and ground beef so it fit the bill. I added taco seasoning while the meat browned and then corn when I mixed the beef with noodles Still a little bland but saved the day.
