- 1/2 onions (thinly sliced)
- 2 oz. sugar snap peas
- 1 boneless skinless chicken thigh (thinly sliced)
- 5 fish balls (sliced)
- 2 carrots (thinly sliced)
- 6 prawns (large, peeled and deveined)
- 1 large tomato (cut into wedges)
- 1 bunch broccoli (/cauliflower florets briefly blanch in boiling water)
- 6 cremini mushrooms (sliced)
- 1 bunch yu choy (/chinese broccoli washed and roughly cut into large pieces)
- 1 cup chicken stock (or water)
- 2 Tbsp. oyster sauce
- 2 Tbsp. corn starch (dissolved in 1 Tbsp water more if needed)
