It turned out fantastically!! From the Pork being perfectly cooked with these instructions!! And the marinade/sauce was out of this world. Served with mashed potatoes and veggies. Wouldn’t change a thing!!

Easy and quick and very good taste, something you would expect to eat in Indonesia. Next time will use less orange juice which was a little over-powering and made sauce slightly too acidic. Put the pork on a bed of stirfry veg and noodles - excellent combination

Yum Yum Yum! Apricot preserves were good, it’d be fun to try sometime with a mango chutney instead as the blogger mentioned that was the original recipe that this one is based off, and was changed to Apricot preserves here only out of convenience.

Excellent tastes! I only ended up with a minimal amount of sauce. Next time I’ll increase the size of the marinade.
