Tastes just like Noodles! To cook for two, cut the recipe in half. (80z. linguine, 1 broccoli floret, etc.)

- 3 chicken breasts
- olive oil
- 1/4 cup plain bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- lime juice (Splash of)
- soy sauce
- 16 oz. noodles (linguine)
- 1 1/2 cups carrots (shoestring)
- 1 orange pepper (red & 1)
- 2 broccoli florets (chopped)
- green onion
- bean sprouts
- peanuts
- peanut sauce

Directions
- For the chicken: Preheat skillet on medium high heat. In a medium sized bowl, mix the bread crumbs, cheese, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Prep your chicken by lightly pounding each piece until fairly thin. Coat the chicken with the bread crumb mixture. Add a little olive oil to the pan & add the chicken. After about 4min. flip the chicken to allow the other side to get crispy. Cook for an additional 4-5 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
- For the veggies: Combine a splash of lime juice, a splash of soy sauce, and a splash of olive oil in a pan. Add vegetables and saute. (You may add a little more soy sauce as they cook)
- For the pasta: Cook 16 oz. linguine in a pot until done. Drain. Add vegetables to the mixture.
- Serve topped with peanuts, sesame seeds, and bean sprouts
