- 8 inches whole wheat tortillas
- softened butter
- basil pesto (homemade or store bought)
- sun dried tomatoes (julienne-cut, I prefer the oil packed variety)
- fresh mozzarella (packed in water, cut into 1/2" pieces, I like to use the small balls and cut them into halves or quarters, but you can also cut up a larger ball or log)
- chopped fresh herbs (your favorite, or pizza seasoning, I especially like to use fresh rosemary, thyme, oregano, and/or basil...use what you like!)
- toasted pine nuts
- freshly ground black pepper
