    I made this using plain basmati that was a few days old; i just fried it in a pan with all the ingredients. It was good, but needs lemon in my opinion. I also think it could really benefit by adding some asafoetida.

    It will not be my favorite rice, as it tastes so Indian 😉 but it’s really good.
