Used this recipe as a base but veered pretty far off script. Added fresh ginger and 2 tbsp of plain yogurt. Worked great, even my picky eater enjoyed.

Lovely recipe. I made my homemade curry powder (and lacked 4 spices) but it still turned out fantastic. I served with mushroom brown rice.
