I love spinach and indian food but dislike the cheese used by indian restaurants so I was really excited to see this recipe. I've made it at least 3 times so far. Its incredibly delicious and easy to make. Its pretty spicy so I reduce the amount of cayenne pepper a little but otherwise I make it exactly as written.
