This recipe doesn't have any directions, so I used a blending of different recipes to create my own... I used 1/2 a Vidalla onion, 1/2 a fennel bulb, 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, 1 Tbsp fresh ginger, 3 Tbsp tomato paste, 1/2 tsp garam masala, 5 garlic cloves, 1/2 tsp ground coriander/cloves, and added salt and sugar to taste. (Monkfruit sugar). The stove went out, so I put it all in the Instant Pot for 7 minutes, then let it naturally release, then pureed it with an immersion blender. YUM! An option I didn't use was to make cashew cream - which would be delicious, next time!
