Description
My mom's Indian-spiced chicken kebab marinade. Recipe serves 4 but use the same amount of spices for more or less chicken and just adjust the salt.
Ingredients

4 SERVINGS
- 3 Tbsp. plain yogurt (or less, as needed)
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 4 skinless chicken breast (deboned)
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp. fresh ginger (peeled, finely grated)
- 2 cloves garlic (peeled and crushed to pulp)
- 1/4 tsp. ground turmeric
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp. Garam Masala
- 4 Tbsp. ghee (melted, or olive oil)

Directions
- Halve chicken breasts lengthwise and cut into cubes.
- Rub chicken cubes with 1/2 tsp of the salt and lemon juice
- In a separate small bowl, mix together yogurt and ginger, garlic, cayenne pepper, turmeric, cumin, garam masala and the remaining salt. After well combined, pour over chicken pieces.
