- 1 courgette (SuperValu, cut into bite sized pieces)
- 1 bunch fresh coriander (SuperValu, finely chopped)
- 1/2 stick fresh ginger (SuperValu, 1/2 thumb sized peeled and finely sliced)
- 1 Tbsp. flaked almonds (SuperValu Goodness, to garnish, optional)
- 1 Tbsp. hot curry powder (SuperValu Medium)
- 2 Tbsp. oil (SuperValu)
- 4 pitta bread (SuperValu, to serve)
- 1 tsp. turmeric
- 1.5 liters water
