- 1 handful coriander leaves (chopped)
- 2 Tbsp. coconut oil
- 2 cups water (adjust according to how thick you prefer the curry)

REALLY gooD! I added extra spice, so that I'd be the only one who could enjoy it. LOL! Would def make this again!

A really nice curry with a slight zing of heat that I will increase next time. My husband is omni so he added some cooked beef to his and I added some chickpeas to mine and we both enjoyed it very much.
