    This is a go-to recipe I’ll add a tablespoon of crushed garlic to the dough at proofing and throw the rounds on a charcoal grill (indirect heat) for a minute or two per side. More crushed garlic in the basting butter

    The recipe was very easy to follow , the Naan cane out great. The bread was so soft and moist. Very flavorful as well. You added other ingredients such as cilantro, fresh garlic and cheese and it still came out wonderfully.
