- 1 cup olive oil (or mustard oil for more authentic taste)
- 1 Tbsp. asafoetida powder
- 1/2 cup mustard seeds
- 1/4 cup fenugreek seeds (crushed - can be purchased pre-ground as Methi Powder)
- 2 Tbsp. cayenne pepper
