- 10 cashews (crushed to powder)
- 3 garlic cloves (– minced)
- 2 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. Garam Masala
- 1 tsp. kosher salt (or sea salt)
- 2 Tbsp. tomato paste
- 1 cup water
- 4 curry leaves (branches, store package size, – chopped well)
- 15.5 oz. low sodium garbanzo beans (chick peas – rinsed very well)

So easy, it turned out spicy (I used a Tbls of chopped jalapeños from the jar, for the chilli part) and I liked the creamy tomato sauce.
