Directions

1. Heat oil in a pan on medium/high heat, and add mustard seeds
2. When the mustard seeds start crackling, add the cumin, almonds, sesame seeds, lentils, curry leaves and the bay leaves, and saute for a couple of minutes- make sure to stir in order to avoid ingredients burning to the bottom of the pan!
3. Cook mixture for 1-2 minutes, and then add the grains and mix everything properly
