I made this with tuna and it was easy and delicious. I added some peas and half a chopped Thai pepper. Just the right amount of heat.

I enjoyed making this dish. All the right ingredients were used to make this wonderful curry coconut dish. I used white salmon as my fish fillet and it came out pretty good, I will try shrimps next time with this dish. I actually made basmati rice and sada roti with the meal. My children loved it!!!!!
